AN EASY-GOING BONDED PAIR:  10 & 11 years old / 10 & 16 lbs. The Mostly Mutts adoption facility is open Mon-Sat 11am-4pm. Some of us are in foster homes so please call 770-272-6888 first to find out if we are available to meet during the week. We are 2 nice guys who have sadly lost 2 homes over the course of our lives due to severe family illnesses.  We’ve stayed together and are very happy about that, so a home together is what we need, one more time.  We’re just fine with other dogs although we don’t really play with them, and we’re very good with the family kitty cat too!  We are obedient little guys who hope to make you as happy as you’ll make us.  Buddy, my little friend does get a little jealous of other dogs with his people, but a simple firm ‘no’ lets him know that he must share his people, so he does.  I’m Bob, the shaggy one, and I love to hang out in your lap while you work on computer.  Buddy loves to snuggle up next to you on the couch, or in your lap.  Of course, we often share a dog bed and Buddy likes to clean my face.  We both love to give people kisses, even if we just met!  We could both benefit from threshold training as we try to leave with you when a door is open.  We’ve both just had our teeth cleaned and both had multiple extractions, so our mouths are healthy again!  We sometimes share our food, but Buddy does tend to hog it and intimidate me, so feeding us separately is best.  Our potty manners aren’t perfect although mine (Bob’s) are pretty good.  Buddy needs to go outside quite frequently, but he doesn’t mind wearing a belly band at times if need be.  Buddy’s legs are very short so he needs help going up and down stairs.  He only weighs 10 lbs., so that’s easy.  We’d be so happy in a home with a fenced-in yard and a doggie door, so we can enjoy the outdoors and come in when we’ve had enough. We love adults and the routine that comes with an established household—did I mention that we LOVE a routine? We’ve meet some kids at the Mostly Mutts shelter and liked them, but older kids are best due to our size and ages.  Just remember that we are small and older and will do best with kids who will respect our size and age.  We are sweet, affectionate, easy-going and adorable dogs who you will love!  Energy level: 3-5.  We’re current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, neutered and our adoption fee together is $300.00.

About Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue & Adoption

About Our Rescue Group...

Who We Are:

Mostly Mutts is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization, staffed almost entirely by volunteers!
Our Mission is to help the Unwanted, Abandoned, Abused and Sick animals in our local counties. We fulfill this mission by working closely with County Animal Control Facilities, saving those who are in imminent danger of euthanasia, or those with needs which require specialized vet care that many other groups will not consider: major orthopedic issues, heartworm positive treatment, skin conditions, neglect and abuse

Please visit our website, www.mostlymutts.org for additional information about adopting a new best friend!
