Pepper's Story...
How can you resist this beautifully marked girl? Pepper walks well on a leash and is super loving. She makes herself right at home. Pepper does have some slight anxiety when left alone so she should be crated when home alone. She is quiet in the house. Would make an excellent companion.

Pepper is house broken and is crate trained. She gets along great with other dogs, but does not like them to approach her face. She will chase livestock and has not been cat tested yet. No small children.

1.5 Years Old-32 pounds-Adoption cost $120

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pepper, a Owasso Australian Cattle Dog/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Dachshund for sale in Owasso, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Owasso.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Owasso already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Owasso breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Dachshund breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Owasso paves the way for another one to be saved.
