Rory's Story...

Featured on Good 4 Utah Midday!

Pondering his next adventure, rowdy Rory may have been the smallest of his litter, but he’s the sassiest and snoopiest. How does he get away with getting into everyone’s business? By being so cuddly and so cute. Although originally abandoned, he has soaked up loving like a puppy sponge, and is honing his house training skills as he snoops about for an adventurous forever home, preferably with another pup for company. Because of his age, Rory is best suited to one without very young children.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rory, a Spanish Fork Dachshund/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Chihuahua for sale in Spanish Fork, or seeking a Dachshund/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Spanish Fork.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Spanish Fork already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Spanish Fork breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Chihuahua breeders who help with Dachshund/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Spanish Fork paves the way for another one to be saved.
