Arya is a great youngster who has many wonderful characteristics and charm. Arya does well in doggie daycare and kennel free boarding. She loves to be with her people and is very friendly with people. She is potty trained stays off furniture rides nicely in cars uses doggie door well behaved when dining outdoors loves watching TV especially Sesame Street and Bolt. She requires someone who can provide love structure and positive reinforcement training. She is doing well in her basic obedience and Nose Work. Arya is also starting agility training. She did well playing with 18 dogs at the training facility. Normal active dog that needs continued training with impulse control and recall. She is currently living with 2 elderly female Belgium Shepherds. She has too much puppy energy for one of them who is a special needs dog. Arya may do better in a home as the only dog or dogs to match her energy. They love Arya dearly but they want to give her the chance to find a home that can shower her with love continue her training and exercise her with activities that she needs to be happy and balanced. She is reactive to cats when walking on leash. She is not comfortable at dog parks. She has been bitten by rowdy dogs. Off leash dog friendly trails like Fort Funston and Regional Park trails have been better options. Her recall is still a work in progress which needs to be worked on by her new parent(s). At her first dog showcase she was reactive to other active new dogs but she was excited being in a new place and being in a dog pen. She listened to corrections though. She is super people friendly wants to please and is very smart. Arya needs a dog experienced and active guardian.
