Eigth year old front declaw Tom was found on the streets. Clearly he was a loving member of a household at some point. He weighs in at 22#'s and is fat, he needs to be put on a diet as he is unable to groom himself, that is why he has been shaved. Dogs and cats are okay with Tom! Update, he has lost two pounds! Good going Tom!
