Maria needed out of the shelter her time had completely run out & she was euth listed. We suspect no one was coming for Maria because she is completely blind & had cataracts but don't let that fool you. She is full of life love & is a doll. She enjoys people & you just have to let her know you are there by talking to her, she also gets along great with other dogs and children. Her foster mom says Maria now howls and is so excited to greet her when her or her husband get home. She is such a little sweetheart, loves to cuddle. We have no clue how she does with cats. She is 9 years old a poodle terrier mix, we just got her spayed, got her a dental & she had a major blood panel done to check for diabetes because of her cataracts to make sure that was not the cause. She is chipped, up to date on her shots, heart worm negative & weighs 19 lbs. She's potty trained, crate trained during the day but prefers her bed to sleep in at night. And really good on the leash. She has an adoption fee of $450. Best to go to a home with an adopter with experience with special needs dogs.

WE ARE NOT A SHELTER. WE ARE VOLUNTEERS WITH FULL-TIME JOBS. Do not contact us to come look at a dog. We will contact you once we've received and reviewed your completed application. Thanks for your patience and cooperation!
