Fergie's Story...
Meet Fergie! Born 12-08-16, she's just about 5 months old. And she's a hoot for sure! She LOVES people but is a bit reactive to other dogs so we're still working on that part. She would do well with a CALM, MALE dog as female dogs tend to set her off. She's been working on leash manners and general obedience. She had a great foster family where she came from and I'm excited for her future!!! Please email for an application - BanditsPlace1@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fergie, a East Hartland German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in East Hartland, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in East Hartland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in East Hartland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a East Hartland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in East Hartland paves the way for another one to be saved.
