Kara is a spayed female Lab/Boxer mix who is about 4 years old, and is super sweet with people and children. She currently weighs about 80 lbs. and could benefit from some help losing weight and getting ready for beach season!

She currently has a home, but her situation has changed, and now she finds herself spending way too many hours alone and bored. Being a high- energy dog, that is not a good lifestyle for her, and her family realizes that Kara needs to be in a home where people can spend more time with her, play with her, and enjoy her company. She does need some assistance with dog introductions, but once properly introduced, Kara does fine with other dogs. Currently she has a small dog friend she visits regularly.

Kara is great in the car and walks very well on leash. Along with being spayed, Kara is microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations.
