I'm BELLA, and my foster says I'm a wonderful example of a loving, sweet, smart, and friendly Pittie mix puppy. See my videos!! You don't know me yet, but if you met me you'd see that I'm 6 months old, weigh 36 lbs, and love to be close to people. (Can you get closer? No. Closer yet. If we're touching, then that works for me.) Can you put my crate in the bedroom with you at night? I just want to be near you even when we're sleeping. (I love you already.) What else about me? I'm quiet, laid back, and hardly bark at all. I'm active and want to be with someone who loves to do stuff. (No couch potatoes, please.) I know the difference between my toys and your stuff. (What's yours is yours and what's mine is...up for grabs! Let's play with my stuff!!) What else? Let's see. I'm ok with cats. I like older kids. Training? I'm working on housebreaking and not jumping on people (I'm still a puppy), and know "sit' and "lay down," and I walk nicely on my leash. I try to make it easy on you when you put my harness on by lifting up my paw. (I'm helpful like that.) So here's a funny story. I love baths. Really. Go figure. When my foster was brushing her teeth the other day, I jumped into the bathtub on my own and looked at her, like, "turn the water on, please!" What else? Oh. When we go riding in the car, can you give me a boost up? (Maybe when I'm bigger I can jump in myself.) Also, I think you should know that my favorite toy is a Kong filled with frozen peanut butter. (Yummmmmyyyyy!) Here's the last thing: I love to lay down next to you and put my head in your lap. (Then I get starry eyes as I look up at you.) Well, that's about it. Who's ready to adopt me as their very own? I'm BELLA

BELLA is heartworm negative and up to date on core vaccines. Adoption fee is $395. Please note that training is highly recommended for all young dogs. As with all rescue animals, breed determination cannot be validated without genetic testing. Visit WWW.LULUSRESCUE.ORG and click on the ADOPT tab for an overview of Lulu's Rescue adoption process.
