Libby's Story...
Libby is a sweet, energetic, leggy young girl, probably about 5 months old. She loves toys, other dogs, and all people! Libby is very playful and would do best with an active family/person or another pup to play with. She has a beautiful coloring with mostly black with a tan brindle on her legs and other various spots.
I am currently in a foster home in Madison, MS but the good folks at Animal Rescue Front will bring me up north to you and the trip is included in the adoption fee. If you're interested in taking her into your forever home, please fill out the adoption form here: http://animalrescuefront.org/forms/

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Libby, a Groton Labrador Retriever/Coonhound puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Coonhound for sale in Groton, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Coonhound puppy from a breeder in Groton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Groton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Groton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Coonhound breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Groton paves the way for another one to be saved.
