My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mason is a 6 yr. old Maltese male and weighs 8 ½ lbs which is a good adult weight for him. He entered a shelter as a stray in a neglected condition so his coat was cut short. He will have a nice, all white coat when it grows out. Mason is a very sweet, calm, and well behaved in his foster home. His foster mom says Mason would be a great addition to any home. He loves to go for rides in the car and walks nicely on leash. Mason accompanied his foster family to Fiesta Island, and he was happy to meet other dogs. His foster mom was impressed how well behaved and how close he stayed by her side on his first trip to the beach. Mason has nice manners in the home and is house trained. So if you are seeking a mellow and affection little companion dog, Mason would be a great choice.
