Facts about Apollo

  • Breed: Siberian Husky Mix

  • Age: Young
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: 35180287
Named after the god of light, Apollo will brighten any day. A super energetic dog, he loves to explore the world around him, jump, and play. Apollo would do best in a home that has patient understanding folks who can handle his active lifestyle. With all this energy, he has not received much training. He did not enjoy meeting other dogs and is not too prone to sitting with people and hanging out. He is too busy finding his next great adventure. Independent, he tends to wish he was on a grand adventure like White Fang or Call of the Wild. Apollo has also flown a little too close to the sun and had one too many wild adventures, causing cataracts. The extent of his vision issues is not known, so his forever family might like to take him on a trip to a vet for that. If you have an active lifestyle, an open heart, and a patient nature, stop by the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin today and visit Apollo. He is excited to meet you!
