Sophie was Abandoned and in Desperate Need of Medical Care.......

SOPHIE, approx 2 yrs old and such a sweet soul. Affectionate, loving and deserves the same in return. Sadly, she was abandoned, no fault of her own. Now living in a boarding crate until a forever home is found.

Sophie lived in a restaurant until an employee took her in. Shortly after, she was dumped outside and wasn't even spayed.

Finally vetted and adopted to what was thought to be a forever home. Not!!! Adopter refused to spend $ on vet visit/x-rays as recommended. Sophie was left at a vet's office and adopter refused to take her back. She was brought in thin, dehydrated and required immediate medical attention. This neglect could have caused Sophie her life.

With Sub Q fluids and proper nutrition she blossomed. Diagnosed with chronic constipation, Sophie will require a daily med and high fiber prescription diet. Fiber response food can be purchased at chewy.com or vet's office ($40/8.8 bag dry & $35 case of 24 cans of wet food). Cisapride (compound) can be purchased online w/ a prescription (approx $45 per mos). Meds will be discussed in detail with potential adopter.

Poor Sophie has been through so much in her short life. There has to be a forever family out there.
