Gypsy Girl's Story...
Gypsy Girl was adopted from NCCR as a puppy, she is now 6 years old. She has been raised and living in a loving home and her owner is heartbroken that she has to move due to unforeseen changes in her life and cannot take Gypsy with her. Gypsy is a very nice dog; she loves walks, does well on a leash and is good with meeting other dogs. As another plus, she is house trained and crate trained! Wouldn't it be wonderful if Gypsy could find a new home before she has to come into the Rescue? If you are looking for an already trained and settled down dog, let us know if you would like to meet this beauty!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gypsy Girl, a Westfield Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Westfield, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Westfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Westfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Westfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Westfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
