Miss Aya is a beautiful brindle Corso mix girl. A bit timid when she first meets you but once she gets to know you….boy oh boy will you see her tail (really it's just an adorable nub)wag and her butt wiggle!!
Aya is still new to the rescue so we are still learning about her. What do we know thou? Aya is about 6 years old. She is crate trained and housebroken. Aya knows sit. While she doesn’t really pull on leash, a little work wouldn’t hurt. So far she hasn’t had much interest in bones or toys. She does LOVE chicken thou! Oh and she loves her foster brother Remus! He has been helping her come out of her shell. When she first entered her foster home and saw him there was almost an immediate change in her demeanor. So we feel that Aya would most likely do best with a confident male dog. She has not been introduced to any other dogs as of now.
Keep watch for updates on Aya as we get to know her!

To be considered for adoption, you must apply using our free, online application. Our dogs are fostered in our volunteers' homes, not in a central shelter/location. Only approved applicants are put into contact with the foster family to setup a meeting with the foster dog.
