Millie's Story...

Millie is beautiful, sweet and full of love to give and to receive. She enjoys attention and likes to play. She was living in a cat hoarding situation and so she is easy to please with the simple things in life.  A comfy and clean place to sleep as you can see almost makes this pretty girl smile.  She likes a little rub behind the ears and then she says don't stop with her rhythmic purr. She has a sweet little voice and she'll use it to let you know when she needs something.  She deserves a clean forever home to live inside and be loved forever.  She does get along with other cats and she could probably learn to acclimate with the right educated dog family, but hasn't been around dogs that we know about.  She would do wonderfully as princess of her own quarters as well.  She wants to love you, will you love her forever? Adoption Fee $85

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Millie, a Denver Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Denver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
