Pongo is a super sweet puppy that loves to cuddle and be right by your side all the time. He is a little shy at first but he warms up very quickly.
Pongo gets along great with dogs and cats, hes even met horses! He loves his crate and will go in it willingly to take a nap. His potty training is going great, he even sleeps through the night without issue. Pongo is a very happy, easy going puppy who would love a family to play and explore with
If you have no particular dog in mind, we will be happy to keep your application on file and notify you if the right dog should come into rescue. Catahoula Rescue of New England is an all-volunteer group. Dogs in our program are fostered by volunteers. The foster homes care for our dogs as if they were their own. All dogs have received vaccinations appropriate to age and are spayed or neutered.
Pongo's adoption donation is $400 which includes Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella, fecal test, heartworm test when appropriate and is on preventative, microchip, and neuter. We do not have a physical shelter, all of our dogs are fostered in individual foster homes across the New England and Canada.
