Priscilla's Story...
Meet Priscilla! She is a big beautiful lady and is about 1-2 years old and is spayed. Priscilla can be a little shy meeting new people but if you offer her delicious treats she thinks you are the best person ever! Priscilla used to live with children and did amazing with them! She would be a great family dog! She loves to go on walks and enjoys being outside. Priscilla will actually get the "zoomies" and will sprint as fast as she can go! Priscilla has done pretty decent with the dogs that she has met so far. She knows how to sit already, she seems to be a smart girl! Could Priscilla be your forever dog? We think she is just simply precious!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Priscilla, a Michigan City Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Michigan City, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Michigan City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Michigan City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Michigan City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Michigan City paves the way for another one to be saved.
