Roma is an eight year old Beagle mix that weighs 22 pounds.  She is fully housebroken and gets along with dogs, cats and kids. She is such a sweet dog! She would make a perfect family dog for some lucky adopter. She loves to snuggle and would be a perfect family dog. Roma is perfect. Her foster mom has cats and she never bothers any of them. She is very mellow. She does like to go outside for walks, but is not high energy. She will play and is quite content to entertain herself with a toy. She lays on her back and plays. So cute! Can you open your heart to Roma?

*LuvFurMutts Rescue cannot guarantee age, breed(s) or adult size of the dog. We do our best on their bio based on our veterinarian's assessment. Thank you for understanding!

Thank you for considering adopting from LuvFurMutts Animal Rescue!

If you would like to meet a dog that you are considering adopting, we REQUIRE you to first fill out an adoption application. You can find our online application at www.LuvFurMutts.com

PRIOR TO ADOPTION:

Unless health or age reasons prevent us from doing so, every LuvFurMutts' Dog has:

-Vaccinations up to Date (Including Rabies)
-Is on Heartgard
-Is on monthly flea protection
-Had a Dental if needed
-Been Spayed/Neutered
-Been Microchipped with 24 Petwatch microchips and free lifetime
registration is included
-Been tested and is Heartworm Negative
*All dogs over 5 receive pre-op blood work. This lets us know if the dogs have liver, heart, kidney, etc. problems*

Our adoption donation is $200 and is tax-deductible.

*LFM does not charge higher fees for purebred dogs, puppies, or dogs that have had extraordinary medical expenses that far exceed the $200 adoption fee – we depend on donations to help us cover those costs.

We do not adopt dogs to adopters that live further than four hours out of our area (*also note, on some particular dogs, we do not adopt to adopters that live further than an hour out of our area, such as puppies that may need to come back for vetting and would be noted in the dog's bio).

We define our area as a 4 hour drive time from Cincinnati, OH using zip code 45231 according to Google Maps (not based on how fast you can drive the distance).. This rule is for the safety of our dogs – we need to be sure we can get our dogs back quickly in the event an adoption doesn't work out.
