Loki's Story...
This adorable tuxedo kitty is Loki and his brother is Thor. They are looking for their forever home together. As you can see, they are very bonded and love to cuddle. Foster mom describes them as the sweetest. Thor is a bit shy when he first meets you but once he's comfortable, he wants all of your attention. Loki is the more feisty of the two and loves to explore, but also loves to snuggle. They play together and purr constantly. Each has their unique personality but both are sweet and cuddly in their own way. They must be adopted together and are felt to be about 6 months of age.

Email us at kcpetfinder@hotmail.com to meet Thor and Loki. Their adoption fee is $125 and includes age appropriate vaccines, neuter, microchip, and testing for feline leukemia.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Loki, a Overland Park Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
