Facts about Boyfriend

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Brown Tabby
  • Age: Kitten
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Meet Boyfriend! Boyfriend came to Tenth Life a 2 week old little fur ball. He earned his name because of his to-die-for look and his pretty boy face. He will melt your heart and be your new little boyfriend! As a five-month old, Boyfriend is not so little anymore! He is now the largest kitty in his litter of five (Boyfriend, GusGus, QueenB, Marv, and Goop). .

Boyfriend has a belly to die for, seriously! It is truly adorable. Although he is the largest in his litter, this sweet boy does not have a domineering bone in his body. He is very tender and sensitive, and loves human affection.

Boyfriend has also formed this really sweet bond with his sister QueenB, the only girl in the litter, and the smallest in size. She is probably two pounds smaller than Boyfriend. These two can frequently be found cuddling together - it will melt your heart! These two would make good candidates to be adopted together.

One of Boyfriend's most interesting traits is his obsession with sticky notes. Boyfriend LOVES sticky notes. We have started putting them in places that we know he could reach. If he could talk, I think he would say hunting sticky notes is his favorite ;)

Boyfriend and his siblings have tested positive for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV+). You can learn more about FeLV here: http://www.tenthlifecats.org/all-about-cats/health-and-care/felv

About Tenth Life Cat Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Tenth Life is an animal welfare organization that provides another chance at life to injured and abused stray cats. Our focus is on felines with extreme medical needs or ongoing conditions that make it difficult for typical shelters to afford their care.

Stage one of our mission is getting needy cats off the streets of St. Louis and into caring Foster Homes, where they await their forever homes. Stage two´s goal is to open a shelter building that will house special-needs kitties in a cage-free, no-kill setting until they can be carefully placed in their forever homes.

Our Adoption Process...

All potential adopters are required to complete a comprehensive application and interview, and will need to supply proper identification, as well as personal and veterinary references. Our adoption fee is $125 for kittens 6 months or younger, and $100 for any cat over six months of age. Our fee includes spay/neuter surgery, vaccines to-date of adoption, and a microchip. Once approved, all adopters are required to sign an adoption contract.
