Facts about Jasmine

  • Breed: Labrador Retriever Mix
  • Color: Black
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Female
Jasmine was found as a stray in So. IL and sat in the shelter for 6 weeks before we could get her to a foster home. Unfortunately, Poor Jasmine had to undergo painful heartworm treatment which required her to be kept quiet for months, but now JASMINE IS READY FOR HER FOREVER HOME. Not only did Jasmine receive a week of intensive, professional obedience training, her foster mom has been doing lots of obedience work with Jasmine and is amazed at how far she has come! We are now searching for Jasmine's forever home. Everyone has said she walks like a dream and is very smart! We think she may have a bit of a prey drive in her so we are suggesting no cats, We also think she is much too rambunctious for small kids, so we can't accept applications from those with kids under 12.. Jasmine needs an owner that is committed to continuing her obedience training. Can you open your heart to caring for and loving Jasmine? If so, send an email to Christine@howlin4help.com

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process starts with an adopter completing an adoption application that requires a vet reference and personal references. An adopter's current pets must all be up to date on shots as well as spayed or neutered. Once all of the information in the application is confirmed and references are checked, Howlin 4 HELP Rescue will schedule a home visit with the potential adopter. All dogs will have their age appropriate shots, rabies, worming, microchipping and be spayed or neutered -except those with certain medical conditions that may prevent this basic care. Puppies will have age appropriate shots and must be spayed or neutered by six months of age with a vet letter.
