Homer's Story...
This little baby boy came to us due to the owner threatening to shoot him if not gone that day. A wonderful citizen took them that instance and brought him and his brother to us. Homer is a sweetheart that is affectionate, friendly, and playful. He likes to be active and his toys.

If you are interested in adopting him please go to our website www.furryfriendsofthefoothills.org, look for the adoption application tab, fill in all the form fields, and submit.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Homer, a Yadkinville Boxer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Yadkinville, or seeking a Boxer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Yadkinville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yadkinville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yadkinville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Boxer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yadkinville paves the way for another one to be saved.
