Lucy -Adoption Pending!'s Story...
There is an adoption pending for this cat!

Lucy
1 ½ years – female
Orange tabby

Hi my name is Lucy….Remember that TV show from the 1950’s “I Love Lucy,” – well that could be my show. Once you meet me – you will love me and I will love you. I am very friendly and affectionate. If you want a sweet lap kitty – that’s me. If you want a kitty that loves to be petted, that’s me. If you want a kitty that loves to play, that’s me. If you want a kitty that loves children, that’s me.

OK…so I sound absolutely purrfect don’t I? Well, I am but here’s the rub …I want to be an only kitty and I’ve never been around a dog. If this is not a bother for you then come meet me at the Collegeville Petsmart where I’m waiting for you to adopt me. Oh! and by the way ---A GENEROUS PERSON HAS PAID MY ADOPTION FEE. Now that is truly a sweet “I Love Lucy” deal.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucy -Adoption Pending!, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
