Max's Story...

Max has been with me since he was a newborn pup. This has been a very hard decision for me but because of my living arrangements I have to find a home for him.
Max is an extremely good dog. He is very friendly, very loyal, and very well mannered. Max is 1 year and 2 months old. He needs lots of love and attention so please be ready and available to provide those things.
Max loves to play outside and go to the dog park. I'm honestly not sure how much bigger he will get but he is about 70 lbs right now. It's my intention to find Max a home with a family that has a big backyard/play area as Max is very playful.
Max has one problem area which is his stomach. The issue is Max has a sensitive tummy. He can NOT eat any table food, and can NOT eat soft food. I've found that Iams works best for Max.
To the family/person that has appropriate arrangements for Max, I will be providing a cage that has about 2 more years of use according to his size, a large bag of food, plenty toys, his microchip

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Fort Worth Chow Chow/Rottweiler puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chow Chow/Rottweiler for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a Chow Chow/Rottweiler puppy from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chow Chow/Rottweiler breeders who help with Chow Chow/Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
