Dixie is heartworm positive and needs to go through treatment. If you adopt Dixie, we will pay for her treatment. Dixie is about 7 years old and she is so cute, sweet, and feisty! She lived her life outside and her owner went to a nursing home. They do not deserve what they have so we need to get her in a home and get her well. She has so much love to give. She came in with Frosty. Dixie needs a fenced yard. She is a love! There will be no ill effects after heartworm treatment. She can live a normal life.
