Winnie came to Furry Kids' from a small MO shelter. She and her brother Weston were picked up as strays and never claimed.
We believe Winnie is a Husky /mix. Winnie is very playful! She is currently working on housetraining in her foster home, but remember she is a puppy.
Winnie loves other dogs and people. She is very sweet and loving and loves to cuddle! However, due to her breed she will need a very active family who will enjoy playing with her, taking her for walks and teaching her basic obedience etc.
Winnie has been spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative and microchipped. If you are interested in adopting me, please complete the adoption application located at www.furrykidsrefuge.org/adoptadog and a dedicated volunteer will get back to you as soon as possible.
Furry Kids' Refuge is in need of good quality dog and puppy food with meat as the first ingredient. You can drop off donations at our weekly adoption events at the Lee's Summit Petco (1860 NW Chipman Road, Lee's Summit, MO), Saturdays only from Noon to 4:00 p.m. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
