Hi My name is Chica. I was found in a gutter by a very nice Mailman. I was scared, wet, and starving. They say I was skin and bones. I love to sit on your lap and be your best friend. I get along with everybody however I do like to be the boss! I am mixed with a small terrier of some sort. I am mostly house trained however I will need a reminder course because I have been living at a rescue. Please give me a forever home?
