My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet sweet

Sadie

Sadie was found dumped on the side of a busy road in Dallas Texas one morning. It was a very hot day and She was very scared and confused. It looked as if she had a littler of puppies but there were none to be found anywhere. - she did not move for three days out of fear just watching all the cars pass by all day long. Hoping that her “person” was coming back for her.

That was not happening! A Good Samaritan saw her on her way to work and started to feed and water her each day hoping to to win her trust. It was very likely she would have gotten hit and killed or picked up by dog fighters and used as a bait dog because of her sweet personality. On the third day Sadie jumped into her car!

Sadie has been to the vet and is heart worm negative and a healthy one to two year old girl. She is getting spayed and vetted.
She is about 45 lbs of pure love! She is a stunning brindle mix.

Sadie has been staying with a family short term and shows no signs of aggression towards the 2 female Mini Doberman Pinchers, the Large male Pitbull/Rottweiler mix and she also shows no signs of aggression towards men and or teenagers. Her temperament is very sweet and loving and she listens very well. She Is learning to walk on a leash, is house trained and will become your best friend quickly. She loves to play and is very excited when she knows it’s walk or play time. She’s a little timid with new people as is common with dumped dogs but warms up quickly. She will make a wonderful family pet and her best home would be with a family who is home more than not and another dog friend and hopefully a fenced in yard to play in. She is not good with cats!

Her adoption fee is $ 250 which includes all her vaccines, heartworm test, spay and micro chip.

Please send us an e mail in order to receive an application. We are only able to meet with pre approved adopters by appointment since we do not have a shelter available to the public.
