Mia (Fresno)'s Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, and up to date with shots.

Mia (Fresno)'s Story...

This pretty little girl is Mia.  She is an active, intelligent, lizard hunting Jack who is 2 years old.

Mia is very loving to people, is housetrained, walks nicely on her leash, will sit on command and is full of personality.   She is like a lot of female Jack Russells who like to be the boss of the dogs in the house, or anywhere, so she would be best as an only dog or in a home with a male she approves of.

The best home for Mia is a home with an experienced Jack Russell family who will allow Mia to be part of their family and everyday life.

I you would like to meet Mia, or know more about her, please contact Lynn at lynnbonham1@gmail.com or go to our website at www.russellrescueca.com to fill out an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mia (Fresno), a Carmichael Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Carmichael, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Carmichael.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Carmichael already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Carmichael breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Carmichael paves the way for another one to be saved.
