Welcome Lady. She is a Cattle Dog/Hound cross. She lost her owner in death. She is 11 years old and weighs about 55 pounds. One of the previous owner’s friends has tried to take her but she has 9 dogs and Lady isn’t happy in this home. Her best home would be in a retired or older couple or with a family that has kids over 10. We are looking for no other dogs or cats. She loves her people and is very social. She is good in a crate, not too active, potty trained, good on a leash and not destructive. She is looking for some big hearted person to give her a forever home. If you want a nice companion that is easy to care for this is your girl. Her adoption fee is 100 and transport is 185. She is fully vetted and healthy. Contact me for an application.

About Lytle Animal Care & Control WA

About Our Shelter...

We are a rural Facility in a rual town named Lytle Texas. We had issues of overcrowding in the beginning and we had to euthanize for space. Last year we only had to euthanize 28 dogs and it was not for a space issue. This is down from 295 just a few years ago. Thank you Northern, PNW and East Coast adopters. We LOVE the homes our dogs have gotten because of Adoptapet.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We will ship our dogs if they are pre-adopted. We have lots of pictures and videos to help you and many dogs are in foster care or will be once they are adopted so we can tell you all about the fine details of their personality.

Our Adoption Process...

You will need to complete the application. We will call your references and vet so please let them know. We will do an interview and then let you know all about the dog to make sure the personality is a great fit. Once we all agree we arrange the transport and welcome you to the Lytle Family.
