Fluffy's Story...
Fluffy is a 2 year-old Maltese mix abandoned at a soccer field. He was saying hello to anyone who’s around him and followed people around as if he wanted to be adopted. Fluffy was rescued with his coat a complete matted shell of a mess. However, his coat was not dirty; so we assume he was neglected and abandoned not long ago before he was rescued. Fluffy’s furry cocoon started to come off thanks to a volunteer groomer, and Voila! A whole new pup!

Without his matted fur, he’s not fluffy any more physically, but he is a light-hearted and affectionate pup now, looking for his fur-ever home! Fluffy is now at a foster home and he is one happy dog!

*All of our dogs are in Korea, waiting to be adopted. We will not bring them until we secure a permanent home. Please inquire at the link below:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fluffy, a Ft Collins Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Ft Collins, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Ft Collins.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ft Collins already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ft Collins breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ft Collins paves the way for another one to be saved.
