Simba's Story...
Male Puppy Fostered in Marin County

Meet Simba!  a 4 month old Shepherd Saluki mix puppy from the streets of Tehran. SIMBA is smart, a fast learner and of course loves to play.  His curiosity will get the best him so this little guy will be looking for some guidance and training.  He loves people and dogs big or small and would love a family who is as active and playful as he is. He is not yet neutered, but as part of the adoption process, we will arrange for his neuter surgery.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Simba, a Indianapolis Anatolian Shepherd/Saluki dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Anatolian Shepherd/Saluki for sale in Indianapolis, or seeking a Anatolian Shepherd/Saluki dog from a breeder in Indianapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Indianapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Indianapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Anatolian Shepherd/Saluki breeders who help with Anatolian Shepherd/Saluki rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Indianapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
