My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

When you hear the name Lincoln, what comes to mind? Honest. Fair. True.

Well we have our very own Lincoln and he is all those things and more. This guy came all the way from the great southern state of Tennessee just to be with us... well not really be with us. More like be our guest in foster care until we can find him a great family to love him as much as we do.
Lincoln is spending his foster days with 2 black labs who are giving him plenty of space and time to learn the backyard and relax.

Lincoln is a shy and cautious guy. Maybe something bad happened. Maybe it didn't but he will need someone to have patience with him and let him come along at his own pace. The foster mom said Lincoln is coming along very nicely and trusting more everyday.

Lincoln does VERY well with another playful dog. He is currently having a ball playing with his new friend Shilo. As you can see, Shilo LOVES her foster brother very much. (See photo). And Shilo and Lincoln enjoy camping together with their foster family! (See photo). The foster mom noticed another dog in Lincoln's life makes him calmer and more trusting.
Lincoln would be good with older children who won't rush up to him but understand he is still learning.

Lincoln is a 4 year old Beagle mix, 33 pounds, UTD on vaccinations, housebroken, neutered and micro chipped.
