Georgia's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Georgia's Story...
Georgia is a 4-5 year old shepherd mix who is a big, beautiful girl! Georgia is perfect in her foster home! She enjoys living with other dogs, having a fenced in yard and someone being home with her most of the time. Georgia is also good with kids but does not seem to do well with cats.

$175.00 adoption fee ($200 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough) , microchipped and vaccinated for rabies (if old s.org. enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dentals and major surgeries. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Georgia, a Staunton German Shepherd Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Staunton, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
