Remy is a sweet Lab mix, approx. a little over one year old rescued out of Louisiana and really desiring a forever home. Remy is good with other dogs, we do not know about cats. He is a bit high energy for elderly dogs, so younger dogs with play he will do best with. He is young and still in need of some training, but learning not to jump and doing better, housebroken and crate trained. He does fine with going in the crate for short periods and goes in when told (and given a treat). He is very playful and loves squeeky toys. He prefers to be in the same room with his person and will follow you from room to room. so definitely a people dog. He just loves people and is an all around good boy and companion. Remy is heart worm positive but as a rescue group we have been providing him with treatment and should test negative soon.
