My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sylvester and Tweety are 13yr old bonded siblings who need to be adopted together. Their owner became ill and these 2 cats were in boarding thru January and February 2017. They were going "cage crazy" and were imminently going to be put to sleep. March 1st I stepped up to foster them independently, so they could be in a home and be loved and decompress, not die.
They are sweet souls who really just want individualized attention, a calm homestead, and a regular schedule.
They LOVE drinking from the trickling bathroom sink faucet, and I indulge them with a sink full of water daily. They both get playful bursts of energy & will run & jump & play with toys for 10-15 minute periods, usually in the evening. They both love cardboard scratchers and catnip, too. We all look forward to "time for treats" before bedtime.
Sylvester is long, tall, dark and handsome, and likes to lay out in the middle of the room. He loves to be brushed and is ok with nail trims. He's talkative when he wants your attention. He's delightfully right at your feet when you step out of the shower.
Tweety loves out-of-the-way cozy spots, fleece blankets, and snuggling under the covers in bed. She can knock around a stuffed mouse like nobody's business. She doesn't take kindly to Sylvester's occasional bossiness, and she'll give him a little sass every now & then.
They look after each other & have each other's back, just like siblings do. They get along OK with the other 4 cats in my house, but I think they'd prefer to be the only 2. It's been a stressful time for them. They need good love and plenty of R&R.
Both cats have a good appetite and good litterbox habits.

Tweety is current on vaccines, spay/neutered and Fiv/Felv tested. Adoption fee for Tweety is $100. If you are interested in adopting Tweety, please fill out an adoption application http://www.furgetusnotrescue.org/application.html
