Important Note

Isis is best friends with Winston. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
In March of 2017 we received a call about a kitten with severe eye damage. The kitten's right eye was beyond saving, and our vet at Planned PEThood removed it. After seeing a specialist and with lots of medicine, we were able to save her left eye. She was named Isis for the beautiful black goddess that she was.

Even after all of the meds and doctor visits, Isis has turned into a purry, curious, playful, sweet little girl. So that Isis wouldn't be alone, we placed her with another of our new rescues, Winston, a 2-year-old orange tabby. It was great to see a close bond develop between them. Winston is smitten. If Isis squeaked a little when we put drops in her eye, Winston came running to comfort her. He has become so devoted to her I've even seen him stand by the litterbox and cover up what Isis left in it! I can't imagine separating them. Details and pics on Winston can be found under his listing.

Please be aware that Isis may need eye meds for her left eye for several months, and she will need to be seen by her eye specialist in June.

Planned PEThood hosts adoption events each weekend at several locations.
It might be easier and more comfortable for them, however, if you came to my home in Grayson to meet them. If you would like to meet Isis and Winston, please contact Kathe at 678-860-4821. To sponsor Isis please donate here:
