BooBerry was fully vetted prior to his arrival. BooBerry is a stunning Lynx Point Siamese (also known as a Tabby Point Siamese) with a mix of gray and champagne tabby stripes and fluffy striped tail. Ice blue eyes. He is a bit shy but blossoms more every day. His purr motor can be heard when within close proximity to his resting spot.

To ensure the safe and appropriate placement of our residents, there is an approval process which can take from 1 to 3 days. That process is initiated with the online (or in office) submission of the application form. Adoption policies, application procedures and the online application forms are at the shelter website: http://smithgallhumanesociety.org/ under tab All Adoptable Animals. All approved adopters must come to the shelter to complete the adoption process by accompanying their new family member on the journey home. We do not ship nor transport.

Charles Smithgall Humane Society (CSHS) is a No kill shelter which provides quality care, spay/neuter-all vaccines, deworming, vet exam, standard disease testing and for dogs-monthly heart worm prevention treatment. Animals in our care remain safe with us until adopted. Resident animals are primarily owner relinquished and also accepted from local Animal Control. The facility usually is operating at capacity with a list of animals waiting for space to open.
Adoption hours are Tues-Sat 10-4 and Sun 1-4.
