Patches is!
He is a five year old Norfolk Terrier mix, and is about 12 pounds. He is a very laid back and quiet guy. He would like a furry companion to follow around the house. He likes his daily walks, and behaves like a gentleman. He sleeps in a playpen at night with his other foster friends and knows how to use the doggy door.
