Looking to create a new ending…

Gracie is a PAWS alumni, having been adopted from PAWS back in 2009. Her owner recently passed away and so Gracie is back with PAWS looking to create a new and happy ending to her life.

Not only is she a pretty girl with her dark and warm colored fur coat, she is a super sweet and affectionate cat who loves people and the pets and attention they bring into her life.

At just ten years young, Gracie has a lot of living and loving to do. Nowadays, with improved food, lifestyles and healthcare, cats are living into their teens and early twenties.

Are you looking to savor the warm, loving demeanor an adult cat will bring into your life? Gracie will be an instant companions who already knows the rules of the house. Come and meet Gracie to see for yourself what a special girl she is!

You can meet Gracie at the Coronado Animal Care Facility. The facility is open daily between 9:00 am and 11:30 am and 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm (except major holidays). It is located at 1395 First Street at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.

If you are interested in adopting Gracie, you must first complete a Cat Adoption Application and meet with a PAWS of Coronado Cat Adoption Counselor. Cat adoption applications are available at the facility or Cat Adoption Applications may be completed online.

If you have any questions, please call Bob at 619-840-9727.

About PAWS of Coronado

About Our Rescue Group...

Since 2003 PAWS of Coronado has worked with the Coronado Animal Care Facility to provide shelter and find homes for orphaned cats, kittens and dogs relinquished by their guardians, stray or abandoned cats, and cats rescued from abuse or neglect.

We are a small grass roots organization committed to 100 percent placement of adoptable animals and envision a time when every friendly, healthy, homeless animal in our community can be cared for until a new family is found.

Our cats are extremely socialized, relaxed, trusting and loving in large part to our cat petting program. Our dogs are equally socialized and trained due to the dog walking program. The caring hands and hearts of the volunteers and ACF staff help the animals thrive even in a facility environment.

You can become involved with PAWS of Coronado as a volunteer or as a member (there are a variety of levels of annual dues) or by contributing a memorial plaque for the Memorial Wall at the Coronado Animal Care Facility.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Come meet the cats, kittens & dogs for adoption at the Coronado Animal Care Facility (ACF) at 1395 First Street in Coronado, CA. The ACF is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm except on major holidays. Cat Adoption Team members are on call daily to come meet you at the ACF and help you choose the perfect cat or kitten.
