In your arms, in your arms Just like a bee in a honeycomb I'm gonna make myself right at home In your arms Well, it don't take much to keep me satisfied Just a little bit of lovin' that's bonafide In your arms keep me tangled up all the time Like a kitten with a ball of twine Yeah, baby, that's where I wanna stay For the rest of my natural days In your arms - from 'Angel In Your Arms' by Millie Jackson
Our sweet gentle beautiful Milly would LOVE to have a place to call home. Milly is a 4 year old Australian Cattle dog with a heart of gold ten times the size of her 42 lb frame. Milly somehow found her self in an overcrowded high kill shelter. We often don't understand how this happens to a good girl like Milly, but sadly it does. Fortunately for this lovely young lady she was pulled by rescue and placed in a loving foster home where she has been learning the ropes to being a well loved family member. Milly is already house and crate trained. She is wonderful with other dogs, cats, and kids. Milly is a smart girl who enjoys learning new things. She knows sit and stay but would much rather just run over and snuggle. She loves to be near her people but is good about entertaining herself with a good chew toy. Her pure joy is always apparent as she lays down all butt wiggles and nubby tail wags. Milly is very good on leash but she is a bit shy when meeting strangers on her walks. We think she will gain more confidence as she becomes more familiar with new surroundings. Milly is already spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, current on preventatives, and micro chipped. She is a remarkable girl looking to make herself a forever part of a remarkable family and home. If you're up for a lot of bonafide love from a sweet affectionate girl for all the days of her life, then we think Milly just might be the gal for you.
