Roscoe is a sweet elderly boy who came into rescue from a hoarding situation. He is a gentle soul who can't understand why he's spending his old age living in a kennel instead of snuggling up in bed with a best friend. He loves other dog's, is neutered and housebroken. Roscoe is about 9 yrs old but is very healthy and happy. If you have room in your life for an older gentleman who just wants love then pls come and meet Roscoe.
