Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sunny is a super sweet 1 year old puppy. Weighing 42 pounds, he loves to rest in your lap. With his puppy like energy, he would make a fantastic jogging partner. He does require plenty of appropriate chew toys and a watchful eye. He already knows many commands, and has the potential to expand his trick list. He would do best in a completely fenced yard, as he will explore if given the chance. He would be ideal for households with children 8 years and older, as he may knock younger children over by accident. He loves car rides and is always eager to discover new parks and meet new people.
(An adoption donation of $300 is required.) If you are interested in this dog, please go to the Adopt page of our website where you will find a link to an adoption application form https://www.chewdogrescue.org/index.php/adopt. If you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes.
