Benson's Story...
Meet Benson, aka Benny! He is a 2 year old, 12 lb. red and white Pomeranian/Papillion blend with a sweet and kind personality.

Benny has a very pretty white crest on his chest one ear up and one ear down. He loves people and most other dogs. Benny is a low/medium energy boy who would make a great companion of a single person or a home with older children. He would do well as a single dog or with a companion. Benny walks well on a leash, knows sit and other basic commands.

Benson is neutered, micro-chipped, and up to date on all shots. For more information go to www.3rrescue.org or phone 707-529-4643 or email: 3rrescue@gmail.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Benson, a Winters Pomeranian/Papillon dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian/Papillon for sale in Winters, or seeking a Pomeranian/Papillon dog from a breeder in Winters.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Winters already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Winters breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian/Papillon breeders who help with Pomeranian/Papillon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Winters paves the way for another one to be saved.
