Dalon--1 yo 40 lb M fully vetted terrier X, HW neg

Dalon is a 1 year old terrier X. He is currently neutered and up to date on shots. He is doing EXCELLENT at crate and house training. He is a very happy boy and enjoys the company of other dogs. Dalon seems to have some learning hurtles that his foster mom is positive he in time will over come. There is still a lot of puppy left in Dalon! Best suited for an active owner with no small children only because he still needs to refine his puppy ways.

We thought he was vision impaired but foster says he seems to see fairly well. His eyes were checked for glaucoma . vet says normal. could have gotten this way from trauma.

About Recycled Tails

About Our Rescue Group...

Recycled Tails was created by Heidi Evans in 2011 to continue her life long dream of rescuing animals of all shapes and sizes.

We have our 501c3 non-profit status and are always recruiting foster homes. We rescue unwanted pets including dogs, other domestic pets and barnyard friends (including chickens!) and work to find them their new forever homes.

We have a program to help pet owners who need to rehome their pets to keep their pets in their homes until a new home can be found. We can provide vet care/food/training to qualified pet owners who have a reason to rehome their pet in order to allow the pet to stay in the home as long as possible. Our goal is to place the pet right from one home to another.

We believe education can be the key to successful pet ownership. Heidi has spoken at schools and other programs to young adults about the meaning of owning a pet and all of the requirements that go along with it. If we can educate our youth it will benefit the future of pet ownership overall. If you would like to learn more about this please email us.
