Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sushi is a maltese/shih tzu mix. She is approx 11 years old and 15lbs and is a great little girl. She was left at the shelter with another dog, Gordon,. They do not seem to be bonded but could be adopted together if someone wants 2 dogs who get along well. Sushi is adorable and will sit and "talk to you" for her treats and just loves to eat. She seems to be fairly well house trained and she will run out into the yard with the other dogs to go to the bathroom. She does well on leash, she had to be shaved down as she was so matted. She is going to be a great companion for someone.
The total adoption fee of $450 and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. We also provide a coupon for a free wellness visit to the South Wilton Vet group if convenient for you. Some of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care. Our application is online at http://houstonshaggydogrescue.org/application-process/
