Kreme's Story...
Kreme #7033 is an adorable 11-week-old female Labrador mix. She is a typical sweet and playful puppy. Kreme is good with other dogs. She is expected to weigh about 50 pounds as an adult. This pup is microchipped. We are working on crate training and socialization. Just like any puppy, this pup will need a loving home with an adopter that has the time to commit to continued puppy training to assist with house, leash and obedience training. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption form, downloadable from our website: http://www.lastchanceanimalrescue.org/adoptus.html and return it per instructions. Email dogs@lastchanceanimalrescue.org with questions.
This pup should be available for adoption at our Pups and Pits event at the Waldorf PetSmart on Saturday, May 20, from noon to 4 p.m. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for adoption event updates: www.facebook.com/LCARMD.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kreme, a Waldorf Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Waldorf, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Waldorf.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Waldorf already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Waldorf breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Waldorf paves the way for another one to be saved.
