Sweetheart's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sweetheart's Story...
Sweeheart is a hound mix that we think is about a year old, maybe a little younger. She is gentle and sweet to everyone she meets. She weighs 50 lbs, but can stand to gain a few more pounds. She is very playful and loved kids and dogs! She is potty trained, but hasn't really worked with a crate, but should do fine. She loves going on walks with others.
She is very relaxed and gets along with both cats and dogs. Cookie would enjoy a fenced yard to play and an active family that will take her on walks and hike. She is potty trained.
She is spayed and UTD on all vaccinations. She is microchipped and heart worm negative. She is on a heartworm and flea preventative.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sweetheart, a Allentown Coonhound/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Coonhound/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Coonhound/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Coonhound/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Coonhound/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
