Facts about Beau

  • Breed: Labrador Retriever Mix
  • Color: White
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Male
Our sweet Beau is a Lab mix about two years of age and weighing 55 pounds.  He is a high energy guy so needs plenty of exercise especially at a dog park where he can run free.  Beau is well behaved on his walks and gets along with other dogs he meets.  He is especially attentive to shy females and helps them socialize.  As for the felines, he just ignores them.  Rescued by our sister organization in Mexico, Beau has made his way into foster care in Victoria, BC.  He has been neutered, dewormed and up to date on his vaccines.  If you think this loving boy would be the perfect companion for your active life, contact us at info.pvca@gmail.com for an application.

About PVCA Victoria British Columbia

About Our Rescue Group...

PVCA Animal Rescue is the sister organization of the SPCA Puerto Vallarta in Mexico. We facilitate the transportation and adoption of rescue dogs into loving forever homes. PVCA is a network of volunteers, transporters, and foster homes. The mission of SPCA de PV is to help fund and promote sterilization, adoption and healthcare efforts for companion animals in the Puerto Vallarta area, with the goal of eliminating the euthanasia of healthy and adoptable animals. SPCA de PV is not supported by the government, corporations, foundations or businesses. The dogs & cats of Mexico are too often found living on the streets after being discarded and/or extremely abused. We devote ourselves to their physical and emotional rehabilitation and invite everyone to come and interact with the animals at our sanctuary. Compassion Knows No Boundaries!

Our Adoption Process...

We screen all applications and in most cases require a home check prior to placement. An approved adoption application must be on file before meetings are set up, as our dogs are in foster homes. We charge a $250USD adoption fee. We routinely follow up with a visit or at least a phone call after placement. We solicit follow up photos and publish adoptions in our weekly newsletter.
